Hah, if I'm not mistaken we both purchased DTL back in the 70c range. A really smart guy on another forum was laying out the investment case, and I bought it.
Sold it at $3.50ish... Very big mistake. But it was still a great investment! Thanks craft, lol
I agree - DDR valuation is no longer crazy. One could make a reasonable investment case from here.
