Hills which was bought for around $21M,was bought because :
"Over 4,500 new customer accounts created, with over 2,000 partners transacting with the Company in the first two months of trading. • Revenue contribution from the DAS business in the first two months of trading was $18m, of which $17m was generated from access and surveillance products and $1m from IT and peripherals."
If you look at Hills 4C s you will see they were woefully incompetent with too higher admin costs , pretty sure DDR will be able to cut that admin right down .
Seems like a good bottom feeder buy out to me .
