Something you have to be careful of:
• Lower margin business.
• Growth assumptions (careful not just extrapolating Covid period).
• Rates still increasing (who knows the top?)
- Affects their interest payments.
- Affects customer's business's.
- Affects relative returns. (Yield looked great out of this when interest rates hit rock bottom, different story going forward).
