many of the 'new customers' are cablers, which imo are true rubbish customers, dodge and never pay on time, those who purchase IT products, mostly were already DD customers.
on the tel con, maybe you can ask the question how many das staffs they have and how many need to be layoff to make the profit breakeven, if the 'amazing' management team cloud even answer or dare to answer.
i don't see it's an issue can be fixed in short term.
btw, the issue is not the issue itself, it's who creates the issue
