Hills is going to take longer than hoped and be a drain moving forward. Once sorted, PAT could move higher quite sharply. Fingers crossed.
Interim divs are going to continue to flow. Keeping shorters at arms length.
Unless something seriously changes with the payout ratio, which i doubt, the yield is decent. Franking a bonus.
They are still best in their field, a field that isnt going away anytime soon.
That said, I dont see $13 anytime soon. No real rush to scoop up just yet and I can't see a reason anytime soon to be going all in. But then I'm just a regular retail punter that thought at one stage if revenue kept on trend we could hit $17.
