David did say he would share the sale profits with holders and he keeps his word. I am a long term holder and out of 36 companies I hold this company has outperformed them all. It is amazing that DDR does not get more exposure than it does. Thank you David, capital growth, increased dividends and good communication - what more can you ask for? I know some that bought at the recent highs of $8 would be a bit miffed about the current price but be patient - you did set a pretty high bar for David to meet in the short term.
