Sorry, I misread your statement as a full year cut of 19.2%. You're right, the final is 19.2% smaller than pcp.
I still don't know what's not adding up though. NPAT growth can easily exceed dividend growth due to cash requirements of the business (more inventory, capex for building, etc..) - so equating total dividend to total EPS is not right.
