Klogg is right, you need to look at the total dividends for the year, and you need to exclude the 5c/share special dividend from last year.
On that basis there has been a great increase in the total dividend, on the back of significant earnings increases yet again.
4th quarter will also be strong so I am anticipating there has been a slight reduction in the payout ratio for this year as the company keeps some cash aside for other growth opportunities.
With the full year results not yet audited or released it is not possible to advise the market that the 100% of earnings payout has changed, and I expect this to be articulated when the full year results are released.
