Any graph of DDR's performance needs to look over a longer term period than what is shown above.

It will show a steady increase.

Any pullbacks don't last long and then inevitably there is a scramble as the stock makes a new all time high.

You don't need to worry about David Dicker being selfish - he doesn't even draw a wage from the company. He hasn't made any stupid decisions that I am aware of and knows the industry intimately and his performance with DDR is unparalleled. There have been no hiccups at all since I first bought shares back at $1.89.

He is totally aligned to the performance of the company as are his exec team.

2021 will continue to see strong returns from the business - I can confidently say that as the vendor acquisitions that have been won in the past translate to stronger growth in future periods. Coupled with an overall long-term IT uptrend DDR is uniquely positioned.

Dividends will continue to grow, and a transformational company announcement could occur at any time.

I would find it very hard to sell my shares in DDR because they have been such great performers for me, regular strong quarterly dividends and amazing share price growth.
