It seems that the market really hasn't grasped the significance of today's announcement.
Just as a reminder, below is the typical rate of decline for a patient with ALS. Every extra month that the patients stays alive is significant further evidence of the efficacy of MPL.
The fact that all 12 patients are alive and still swallowing 900 days (on average) after their diagnosis is nothing short of incredible.
Remember, if the probability of 1 patient being alive is 20%, the probability of all 12 being alive is 0.2^12 = 0.0000004%.
It seems that the market really hasn't grasped the significance...
