On todays market they are not they are full price. On the other hand if you have say 2 grand to invest you could buy 9090 options at .22 or 5405 shares at .37. That is dependent on availability

Given most invest to grow their original investment let anticipate a SP of $1.00 in the not to distant future. At that price you have 5405 shares or 9090 oppies, the oppies cost $1363.50 to convert giving you 9090 shares you could either sell 1364 share to cover the cost and still have 7726 shares or sell an extra 2000 and free carry. That would leave you with either 7727 at the same cost as the 5405 shares bought outright or if you take the free carry path you would still be in front with 5727 shares at no cost.
