    Has anyone done a deep dive into the details of the althea deal with peak?

    Is it a full acquisition of the whole of Peak?

    Is it for the full amount of $30m from the capital raise?

    The peak website has no mention of Althea:

    Is this another private company being "bought" by a publicly listed company for an inflated price to transfer money to directors?
