I wouldn't bother for such small movements. I suggest turn off your brokerage account and read the financial statements/performance more.
As the SP can go both ways up or down, on good or bad news. It's really irrelevant if you are investing in the long-term.
However if you do swing trade or day trade that's another strategy which requires constant monitoring of the SP. Hope that helps.
