Quite clear that the new management have been consistently executing strategy to bring shareholders value. Fortunately for those accumulating at these levels, GNM are undervalued amongst peers (FFR, for example). I have noticed the quality of posting on these forums has substantially improved with Flyboy, Hung, and others. It seems sentiment for GNM is changing, as investors are starting to realize value.
