just thinking out loud... if I had an Earn in Option with S32, I wouldn't be releasing details of the 'CA' with another major until S32 has been locked in... if S32 don't execute, then offer provided to the major on the Cerro Rayas area. offer can then either be matched or bye bye S32... if this is ICG's strategy... personally, well played
