Nah they are because we used a 1 tail test
If the investigators wanted to test whether Hervax is better, worse or no difference vs standard treatment then we would have gone down the 2 tail route with a p threshold of 0.05
In this case we were looking for 1 result and testing in 1 direction, namely - is hervax BETTER than standard, hence why a 1 tail was used with p threshold of 0.1
