It is a incredibly frustrating situation. They can legally cheat. At times they control both the Bids and the Offers.....and the rules which we must comply with don't apply to them. It stinks....it's insidious and it prevents one of us mere humans from purchasing shares from the sell side at the current displayed price. They create a new much lower SP seemingly from thin air. ...Mongrel bastards.
