It's not really positive news.
Nothing in the announcement is new other than the board approving the next stage of the project (which was already underway).
The market is waiting for...
- Off take agreement
- Strategic partner
Today's announcement was a let down.
It might also be interpreted as a "give the market something" announcement, as they are still a way from being able to make substantial announcements.
