Until the funding of stage 2 is 100% sewn up with no cash raise I don't think we will see a material rise in sp or covering of shorts. Even with a small sniff of a raise the instos will be working hard to keep the price where it is to get shares cheap should we need to raise.
Releasing the fid announcement alongside a corporate presentation says to me we might be looking to raise a smallish amount via placement.
Obviously not the ideal situation and I'm hoping we can fund the expansion in other ways.
