Agree there is risk. I cannot see any parallels in the examples you provided with the specific scenario involving LTP which could lead to issues with the FDA and I appreciate that is not what you are trying to establish. One of my first questions before investing was whether further trials will be required - I guess it is a wait and see but it seems the company is well positioned that it might not be required based on what the company has communicated.
