I agree. Fast tracked TACTI-003 is the quickest win. Without a partner in PH3 AIPAC, I’d just assume let EOC run their trial in China. The sub group analysis and new design is very promising, but not a sure thing. If it was a slam dunk we’d see Bristol as a new partner in that trial. That sort of press release would launch this company to levels never seen.
I want to see eftilagimod alpha help as many people as possible. Stop putting all our eggs in one basket and show how pushing the gas can bring broad spectrum benefit. 10 TACTI-002 type trials instead of one giant PH3 that failed in PH2. If pharma gets a hold of this asset that’s what they’d do I believe.
