TBH, the more I look at the data and specially the OS (Kaplan-Meier) curves, even for overall population, the more I am convinced a PhIII, with weekly and continuing with paxi all the way is so very obvious, but only now that the whole 42 month data (graph) is available. If you look at any of the survival curves it is black and white that at 24 weeks mark when paxi was discontinued Efti's optimal role (push the gas) was hard to be supported. Of course the graph for the subgroups is just yelling out the same but a lot more lively.

When the initial data came out in March 2020 I wrote here that they would look into sub-groups. They obviously did (would do) that as it is just a standard practice. At the time I had hoped they would look at the molecular level (micro) as well as macro (e.g. age group), which they have obviously done too in monoclonal and luminals. But as future studies since then have revealed, we are now much better equipped to hopefully ensure better outcome in PhIII.

I posted a link this year on a ncbi (as I recall) 2021 publication that retrospectively analysed samples from cancer patients collected over a long number of years to analyse for lag-3 involvement, with suggestions for prospective studies, which would have had an impact on the trial design for PhIIb, which i am sure the scientific team are considering in design of Ph III, I believe leading to better outcome.
