Yeah, I think that is one of the problems with some ‘research’ biased companies. They never move on from the R&D phase. They are quite often like a uni or csiro type department - just funded by us rather than govt grants.
They keep wanting to ‘tweak’ rather than be satisfied with a certain stage.
It is where a tough, focussed chairman is needed - to push the company from r&d into production, including changes to personnel more suited to the new phase.
Dunno if Neo will make it. I think so, but they need to move a lot faster. Shareholders are not a charity to support non- govt scientists. We want and are entitled to the best efforts to deliver a return asap.
