The management team needs to pick a method to extract/process the vanadium, get a partner for finance and build a mine and plant and get on with it becuase every 2 years some one is going to have a "New more Efficient method". They can play this game for ever, and soon another CR will be required. I have held this stock for nearly 5 years now and it is still in the talking about it stage.
