Yeah ... look in regards in OHS, who knows. I'm sure the figures are fudged just like in OZ . To keep insurances down and mainly to get jobs in the future as no large company will hire contractors that have a bad safety record. I must say that I don't see Russians complaining, maybe they can work Greenland.
I've been lucky to be involved in a few large projects across Australia with large well known companies and seen my fair share of bad accidents even with all the protection and training in place.
