maybe. but the ROI from those tangible assets is already reflected in their financials. if they liquidate those and distribute to shareholders via dividend, their net annual income will also reduce.
anyway your premise of a company not being able to trade at, or near its NTA is fundamentally wrong
Their current expenses are roughly $1m per employee which is insane. If they dont cut expenses/headcount then this will spiral
