I know next to nothing of Hamish Douglas personal situation but can assess he had to find some cash for legal bills and new accommodation for wither he or his former wife. She probably retains a share of his holdings, and both would be keen to stay around for the recovery.
I was impressed with Kirsten the COO/CFO and if they hold a team like her together the recovery should be steady.
