Either Ben Graham or his pupil W Buffet said there is no such thing as a good or bad company; there are just good prices and bad prices.
I would say that $10.90 for MFG is a good price. (Even better down at $8.50, so I've changed my sentiment from back then from Buy to Hold now. I usually leave sentiment on Hold, except in exceptional cases.)
