Brokers like Argonaut just don't say stuff. Their reputation is their most prized asset in a very competitive business. Their analysis and recommendations are always necessarily cautious and modest in my view. Nothing kills a reputation more than hope and hyperbole. The recommendation is matched to the risk and reward ratio. There's no need to over-read it and downramp.
