What purpose is served by this buyback? Usually company just using some profits when you have plenty of cash, not a speccie having a stab. As for stackey, well, just a cross promote i presume. The price moving between 1 and 1.5 cents doesn't signify anything, given that's what it has been doing while people buy a few tickets.
