That's right -it's for a departing executive and assumedly part the terms of the executive's employment contract. First announced 14 October. Consideration per share was 0.0001c. As close to nothing as, I assume, they're contractually allowed. Total consideration for the shares paid to the departing executive by the company was $2500. Essentially, the contract would have stated that you if leave before milestone x, we take your shares back big boy.
Nothing more than corporate housekeeping. These guys run a good operation. They just need some gear in the ground!
