    Re: today's announcement of cancellation of debt owed by employees for past shares
    Question: is it legal to do this. to be granted shares on an interest free loan and being given those shares (or even if not) with the debt owing and then just cancelling the debt. Doesnt this need shareholder approval? Dies anyone know enough to tell us whether this is ASIC-worthy??
