I am glad to see that they have cancelled the share buy back as I was half expecting them to use the proceeds of the Theiss sale to fund the buy back which would have been a treacherous thing to do to shareholders, and when that didn't happen I thought they might try it with the Ventia IPO proceeds, but of course there were no proceeds - so no buy back. This whole buy back facade has blown up in the board's face and shown just how inept (or untrustworthy) they really are. All their underhanded attempts to squeeze out the remaining small shareholders appear to be failing, so time for the big shareholder(s) to either be prepared to pay a fair price for the remaining shares needed to get them to 90% to trigger the compulsory acquisition, or &^ck off and let the management focus on rebuilding market confidence and shareholder value. Happy New year to all.
