If we don't watch out, pretty soon the preposterous amount of shares and options that keep getting given out will be in the hands of a select few, giving them a controlling piece of the company. Then our votes will have no effect whatsoever when finally it's time to privatise or get taken over.

I had a hunch something was going on when Paul asked us to ratify the shares given out under the 15 + 10% placements, effectively reloading the capacity a month before the AGM where the placement facility would have been reloaded anyway.

Now, after the AGM, the board will have yet another renewed 10+15% placement facility to give out shares as they see fit.

Seriously... 20 million shares for 6 months of social media monitoring. Something doesn't add up.
