Are we in a position to be able to vote down the Dyamond share placement, despite it being part of the 15% facility not requiring SH approval? I'm guessing not, but seriously, the board just made them the 2nd or 3rd (depending on how you look at it) largest shareholder for what... nothing? I'm thinking something nefarious anyway (imo).
