just because a comment is negative, doesn’t make it wrong. It’s important that hotcopper isn’t just an echo chamber of positivity. There needs to be balance, and more importantly, questions that hold the company to account.

I for one am really interested to see how they police negative comments, particularly negative comments that might actually have good questions. Will they actively engage with us in conversation and discussion? Or simply continually report comments that don’t suit the narrative.
