Am I reading this right? They raised around 483k before costs when they were aiming for up to 3mil? It also sorta looks like they hired the investor relations team at the beginning of the process to potentially help with sentiment and subscription to the placement and/or future placements.

So after costs of the placement and payment to investor relations did we actually raise anything for operations?
