IT is rather evident that the price is influenced by BOTS
The question is for how long, are they waiting for approval that would then allow a prudent investment to be made? , if that is the case we should see a price rise upon approval OR is this part of an accumulation campaign to influence a take over, if so that could very well carry on through a few quarterly reporting cycles
