yes......was in for their other promising trials - I was completely surprised when they announced they got hold of SB from Brickell...I don't recall them saying they were even looking to purchase another product (at that time).
I think we can probably thank our Dr Pat Walker for that to a large extent. She is on Bot's board/management......she is the former president & head of R & D Brickell Biotech. Once she joined Botanix - no doubt she was instrumental in bringing this to the attention of Botanix to pursue/buy out from Brickell at the time. She would have known sooo much about the product & Brickell's internal function.....hence the buy out - then the further purchase of on going royalties from Brickell. I really believe she was the main player behind this master stroke of Bot - she paved the way for this to happen. (my thoughts anyway)
