When I say risk - it's the risk of something that has an impact (to the share price / or my investment)
In this case, a risk of further dilution,
To that point, not all risks are equal, some are major, some are minor...
As an investor, I'd just prefer to keep it within the $2m without unnecessary dilution, and thus avoiding further investment (by myself) to maintain my standing ... I would state that when I did my case originally I didn't factor in the massive dilution as a result of Lind's predatory practice.
