Not quite, it's the lower of the three options, so at the moment it would be some where around 2.25c as I would think the 10% discount to VWAP would be the lowest? That is if they choose to convert the loan to equity, the could just call on the debt come the 17th of December? Also, at the current market cap of $18m, if BBX was to draw down the full Drake facility of $6m, and Drake opted to convert to equity, thats roughly 33% dilution to existing shareholders.
