I find this an interesting view point for a few reasons, as I'll outline below:
Lind investments was $3m, there was no update that the facility had been extended to draw on the further $6m so it has to be assumed that it remained at $3m, plus some interest?
The repayment amount listed in the quarterly report was $2.625m, meaning they only converted $375k to shares? And that was the blame for driving the share price lower for 9 months?
And lastly, when did the dislike of Andre kick in, when the funding was announced you sang his praises! Others warned of Linds potential influence but it was heralded as the deal of the industry almost.
