First the Explanatory Memorandum for the EGM now the 2010 Annual Report!
We should all start a wager as to how many tries it takes until the directors can finally get ther Final Version Of 2010 Annual Version right!!!
IMHO, this is not a laughing matter. This shows the level of professional competence and diligence of the directors that are managing our company. The three stooges and their chosen corporate secretary (who by the way is also an employee of Prior & Company)are all paid fees for this unacceptable quality of work. It is no wonder how this "A" team has managed to drive the share price down to the 0.07 - 0.08 range. ADY'S shareholders deserve far better than this.
It is time for a changing of the guard and the opportunity to make this happen is at the AGM. Giving the directors your proxy vote at the AGM would be like giving an ape a hand grenade and expecting a positive outcome of the exercise.
