I'm perplexed by this announcement. The 2023 results up to 31 December were presented on 23 Feb together with the Appendix 4E. Yet on 2 April there's this ann indicating ESK is delayed in finalising the 31 Dec 23 financial statements. Other than that, the term 'imminently' is employed to advise the timeline for lodgement. A universally accepted definition of imminently is either very soon or at any moment neither of which describes the 10 day interval from the 2/4 announcement to today.
Anyone care to cast a light on whats going on at ESK?
ps reason for my interest is i came across ESK via my holding in Codan. I can see a logical tie-in between them and wonder if there's something going on in the background.
