the wait is for the proper audited numbers. now overdue.
usually this situation occurs when there is a "discussion" between the company and the audit firm about "something". ESK are tight-lipped here.
if you research some of the ESK names then what google may throw up is ISX, iSignthis Ltd, NSX, ISX Financial EU Plc, Southern Cross Payments Ltd, ASIC taking companies and directors to court for not doing there jobs, Audit firms and Auditors being taken to court for alleged shoddy work etc.
whatever is the problem it is sad that shareholders do not know what is happening - par for the course though in corporate Australia.
