If I'm reading this right then Zhenya selling the business and continuing to supply it. Not that different to what he seems to have done with SMA, though he still has a chunk of SMA he may have recouped a fair chunk of that through the BTC contracts. Possibly why SMA don't seem to want to talk about BTC anymore.
All speculation of course but would explain some things.
