What about the fact he has 60 million shares and knows he has Thames water and HDR onboard and doesn't need any more roadblocks as the thing is hopefully about to run.

With positivity returning to the stock one more significant contract announcement would be very well timed about now.
Also, there has always been some overhang in the past with peh... Note, options, app, exec changes, cash burn due to tech development. Feels like most of these are passed now and they are ready to sign contracts and make some cheddar. Still a few options but we will Max out around 220mil I think.
