Rather be paid in shares under 10 cents then the cash.
Shares won't be this price too much longer.
MD wins and gets his money back.
Company wins, no overhang from the note.
Shareholders win as no more announcements due about that pesky note.
Very small dilution etc.
Just my thoughts of course...
