However, Ivy's new owners assert something else (as per the email excerpt I have posted earlier today) and they would have no reason to provide inaccurate information. In addition, I refer to my point regarding consolidation of subsidiaries.

    How familiar are you with the intimate workings of IvyKoin LLC? There is a lot more to this than meets the eye at first glance.
