    it is good news. Limits dilution as low as possible, leaves enough runway for NT and Alpha with a slower, considered approach. Pioneer sold 6m shares between Sep and today in the 2s and 3s. No doubt there will still be some chunky sell action on the peaks but at least they have the last of it.
